For my actual Mother's Day I got exactly what I asked for; I wanted to work in the yard. So a little weeding, trimmed hedges, a few yards of mulch and some hanging plants later...our yard looks pretty nice!
Then during lunch today, Matt picked me up and took me to be fitted for new running shoes (Adidas Adizero Tempos). I was so excited I took them out for a little run this afternoon. OMG they are so light!
