My favorite part of my tea party with Savannah was her reaction when she saw me waiting for her in the classroom. My goodness, it was priceless. She is priceless.
Caedmon's class performed a few songs for the Mothers. There is nothing like seeing your little one on stage singing, making googley eyes at you that makes your heart swell with pride and a knot grow tight in your throat. Caedmon created a card for me and inside was the sweetest little note:
I can't believe their school year is coming to a close. It feels like we were just dealing with Savannah's crying fits at the beginning of the year. Now she runs straight in her class without looking back.
Savannah & Ms. Laura
Caedmon has enjoyed his teachers and made so many new friends. He'll see some an emergency vehicle on the road and say "I have to tell Noah, Cooper, Michael, insert any of his classmate's names here..."
