Fall is offically here (it took a while to get here and it's supposed to be in the 70's this weekend, but it felt like fall the last week). There is a chill in the air and leaves on the ground.
The kids love being outside. We're blessed to have two grandparents who generously spend part of their week with the kids. Most days are spent outside feeding the "neigh neighs" (horses) and Charlys (ducks- go figure!).
Most afternoons, once I'm home from work, we go straight outside and can be found playing in the driveway, the garage, walking the neighborhood, visiting the kennel down the street...just killing time until Daddy gets home. The kids love it (if only Savannah would start walking, mommy would love it more)!
I do think Santa will need to bring a sandbox or some more big outdoor toys for the kids though...my flower bed can't take much more trampling and digging!
