Congratulations Kip & Audra!

Saturday night we attended the wedding of my Cousin, Kip, and his new wife Audra. I do believe he referred to her has his "stunning and beautiful bride, Audra".

Before you start to wonder where the pictures of Caedmon and Savannah are, let me show you this picture...This is Caedmon refusing to be photographed. It's not hard to understand why there are no pictures of them after this one. I'll get back to the kids in a minute.

You may be asking what this is a picture of....the photography assignment for last week was to take a picture of something yellow. Instead of a picture of a school bus (which is sort of yellow) or a crayon, the reception site had these funny lights, so here is my photography assignment for the week (or last week). Congratulations again Kip & Audra!

Okay back to the kids, well I took Caedmon to the pediatrician Saturday morning because I thought his ear infection might be back (the screaming during the night, multiple times a night kind of lead me to believe that was what his problem was)...but Dr B said it was only negative pressure and should be causing him to wake up screaming.

Saturday night was pretty awful. He was up multiple times, sobbing and screaming. Then the fever came on...102, 102.6, 103.3, and finally spiking at 103.6. There was some vomitting that went along with this nice fever (of course that was all over me). Sunday was a pretty lazy day at our house...trying to keep him happy and Savannah entertained. He had a low grade temperature last night, but he seemed to be acting better. Hopefully we're over the worst. Oh did I mention that we lost power during this lovely sickness...for about 8 hours Sunday night we were without power. What a crazy weekend.
